Erin Martin

Suntory Global Spirits

​Erin Martin is the Senior Director People and Culture North America/Canada Manufacturing for Suntory Global Spirits.  Erin is responsible for five manufacturing sites and three visitor centers.  This includes hourly and salary positions totaling over 1400 employees.  Erin spends her time focusing on building culture and strategic initiatives for each site.

Erin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations.  She spent 18 years, prior to joining Suntory in 2021, as an HR Manager at Tyson Foods, Inc. During her time at Tyson, Erin was part of several negotiations with the United Food Workers and United Steel Workers.  Along with labor relations, Erin has a strong background in talent development, training, recruiting and continuous improvement.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Southeast in Business Management with a minor in Communication. 

She is also part of the Louisville Labor Management Committee.

Erin grew up and still lives in Southern Indiana.  She currently resides in Sellersburg, Indiana.  She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
