Traci Weird currently serves as the Senior Human Resource Manager for the AP3 facility at GE Appliances, a Haier company, located at Appliance Park in Louisville. In this role, she supports a client group of approximately 1,500 employees, including both hourly and salaried team members. Over the past few decades, she has built and strengthened labor–management partnerships across a variety of industries, holding key roles with companies such as UPS, Sypris Technologies, Brown-Forman Cooperage, and Heaven Hill Brands.

Traci is an active member of both the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management (LSHRM). She holds a BA in Human Resources Management and maintains her SHRM-CP certification.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her son, Justin, and daughter, Kelsea. In April 2025, she welcomed her first grandson, Jackson, and now devotes a lot of her free time to him. When she’s not with her family, Traci loves traveling to new places and enjoys a good mystery, whether a book or a show, always trying to solve it before she reaches the end.
