Kerrey Lesher was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She began her career at UPS as an hourly employee and, after five years of dedication and growth, transitioned into her first management position. In 2014, she joined Ford Motor Company at the Louisville Assembly Plant, where she held leadership roles in both production management and labor relations.

In 2020, Kerrey became the Senior Human Resources Manager for the AP5 facility at GE Appliances, a Haier company, located at Appliance Park in Louisville, a position she continues to hold today.
Kerrey holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active at the gym.
