The Kentucky Labor-Management Conference, Inc. gladly accepts financial sponsorships in any amount, as well as in-kind donations. Sponsorship support plays a vital role in funding conference programming, scholarships, awards, and activities that promote cooperation between labor and management across Kentucky.

Organizations interested in providing in-kind donations (such as items for SWAG bags or giveaways) are encouraged to contact the Conference Director directly.

Sponsor Guidelines

Sponsorship
Levels

Sponsorships are recognized at the following levels:

Platinum Sponsor — $5,000 and up
Gold Sponsor — $1,000 to $4,999
Silver Sponsor — $999 or less

All sponsorship contribution amounts are considered confidential.

Sponsor Recognition

Sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:

Listed in the official Kentucky Labor-Management Conference Program Book
Displayed in a scrolling PowerPoint presentation shown throughout the conference

Each sponsor’s recognition level (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) will be clearly indicated in both venues.

Recognition Deadline

To ensure your organization is recognized in the 2026 Kentucky Labor-Management Conference Program Book and PowerPoint presentation, contributions must be received by:

Monday, August 10, 2026

Logo Submission Guidelines

Sponsors are requested to upload their company logo through the official sponsorship form.

Please note:

Logos and sponsor names will be used exactly as submitted on the Sponsor Form
If a logo is not provided, only the company name will appear
The KLMC Board of Directors reserves the right to deny or edit any sponsor logo

Political Candidate Sponsors

Sponsors who are political candidates may include:

Their name
The political race they are participating in
The year of the election

Political party affiliation may not be included in sponsor names or logos.

Sponsor Accommodations

Sponsors may be eligible for sponsor accommodations at Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park.
